Project Manager– Nottingham

The client is a leading provider of conveyor systems and automation solutions, dedicated to delivering innovative and high–quality products to clients across various industries. With a focus on efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction, they strive to exceed expectations in every project they undertake.

They are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of multiple small projects currently. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.


  • Lead and manage a portfolio of 20– 30 small projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost–effective project delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross–functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and installation, to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or queries throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and performance assessments to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, or related field/Engineering Qualifications
  • Proven experience in project or programme management, preferably in the engineering or automation industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Experience working in a fast–paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
