Lutterworth,
60,000 – 70,000 plus car and uncapped commission

We are currently seeking a talented Sales Manager with experience in Pallet Network to join our client's team in the logistics and transport industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your existing network to drive business growth and make a significant impact in a fast–paced sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilise your skills to identify and develop new business opportunities within the transport and logistics sector, particularly Pallet Network.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Showcase your negotiation expertise to secure lucrative deals and drive new business acquisition.
  • Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring market trends, developments, and competitors, allowing for informed decision–making and seizing opportunities.
  • Lead and inspire teams to deliver exceptional projects, ensuring progress, performance, and profitability are closely monitored.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and service throughout their journey.
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities, leaving no stone unturned to convert them into successful ventures.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery, utilising your organisational and problem–solving skills.
  • Enhance your industry knowledge and network by attending key events, conferences, and exhibitions, contributing to the growth of our brand.

Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrate proven experience in the fast–moving service–driven sector of transport and logistics, showcasing your ability to excel in this dynamic field.
  • Highlight your track record of delivering growth through the development of a strategic sales pipeline, establishing yourself as a results–oriented professional.
  • Leverage your exceptional networking and communication skills to build strong connections and foster long–term relationships.
  • Employ outstanding organisational, problem–solving, and leadership skills to overcome challenges and inspire your team.
  • Stay updated with the latest market trends and developments, giving you a competitive edge in the industry.
