Sales Director

We at the Recruitmentco are working with a security company who are looking for a Sales Director to help lead and build even more on the companies success and drive it to higher levels!

A generous package is being offered here for the right person.

Package

• 75,000 – 80,000
• Car Allowance
• 10% of all earnings – uncapped
• Event days
• Flexibility on working hours / days as long as targets / objectives are complete
• Hybrid working

Responsibilities:
– Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation
– Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
– Collaborate with cross–functional teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans
– Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
– Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients
– Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth

Requirements:
– Proven experience in business development or sales role (Security industry knowledge is a must)
– Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients
– Solid understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles and practices
– Ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies
– Strong negotiation skills to secure profitable deals with clients
– Self–motivated and target–driven individual with a results–oriented mindset
