SF Recruitment are recruiting for a PA to join our clients team in Birmingham, supporting the MD within the business.

Birmingham City Centre
GBP35,000 per annum

As the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the MD's office. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the MD's diary, scheduling meetings, and organizing appointments.
Handling all correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the MD.
Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
Preparing reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Attending meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring timely follow–up on action points.
Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Assisting with personal errands and tasks as required.
Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.


Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Professional demeanor and a high level of discretion.
