Claimant Clinical Negligence lawyer NQ - 2 & 5+ years' PQE CAMBRIDGE

Claimant Clinical Negligence team in Cambridge is looking to recruit two lawyers - one of 0 to 2 years' PQE and the other of 5 or more years' PQE. The specialist team of medical negligence solicitors and experts take the time to understand what clients are going through; to help them access the best possible treatment, rehabilitation and compensation; and to be able to positively plan for the future. They have extensive experience in clinical negligence claims arising from NHS and private treatment on behalf of children and adults. They specialise in a wide variety of Clin Neg claims including: • brain injury claims (including stroke) • spinal injury and amputation claims • delay in diagnosis of cancer • cerebral palsy claims • fatal accidents and inquests • psychiatric injury • obstetric and gynaecology cases.

The successful candidates will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload of high quality client matters (with an appropriate level of supervision or not, depending on your PQE). Your aim will be to obtain interim payments wherever possible, so that rehabilitation, a care package and suitable accommodation can be put in place before the claim is concluded. Additionally, you will provide assistance to other members of the team on larger matters. Finally, all members of the time undergo on-going development training appropriate to your level their experience.
