Are you a Senior Facilities Management professional that would like the opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of prestigious commercial buildings, based from a Head Office close to Reading?

Do you have experience of managing M&E maintenance teams, corporate clients and in–house staff, whilst delivering a 5 FM service provision across both hard and soft services across a portfolio of commercial buildings?

I am currently recruiting for an exciting new position for a Head Of FM to lead the FM services across a handful of multi–tenanted commercial buildings in London. The role will be Head Office based 2 to 3 days a week with the additional 2 to 3 days spent working across this portfolio in London.

In this role as the Head Of Facilities Management, you will be responsible for the management of the site based M&E maintenance teams, delivering PPM and reactive maintenance as well as client relationships and furthering the business offering.

Responsibilities:
  • Management of a best in class FM service provision to multiple commercial sites, through the management of site based staff.
  • Oversight of a team of 5 maintenance engineers, ensuring PPM and reactive works are completed to the highest standards.
  • Daily tenant liaison, forming close working relationships with tenants and clients on site
  • Business development – looking at ways to increase the offering of the company.
  • Health & safety management
  • Hard and soft service contractor management
  • Project management and refurbishment works

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have 2 + years experience in a similar role with experience of leading M&E maintenance teams and dealing with high end occupiers.
  • MIWFM (Desirable but not essential)
  • IOSH/ Nebosh certificate
