Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive specification and project opportunities by leveraging both existing and new client bases within the assigned geographical area or area of responsibility.
Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
- Qualify new leads and opportunities by meeting client needs
- Build strong relationships to enhance service value
- Handle complaints and objections effectively
- Focus on scheme creation, business development, and client and partner experience
- Establish strong relationships with agents and high–profile business figures
- Promote the business through social media, networking, and webinars in line with the business strategy
- Attend seminars and training sessions for professional development
- Conduct detailed video and on–site surveys to provide accurate quotations
- Assist the marketing department with project development and case studies
- Drive revenue and profit margins to meet personal, team, and business targets
- Stay informed about competitor activities and report significant events to the group
- Collaborate with line managers to meet all KPIs
- Attend monthly sales meetings to report on sales data, upcoming prospects, and future targets
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure customer requirements are met diligently
- Previous experience within sales and customer service (essential)
- Proficient in CRM systems, Word, Excel, and data entry (essential)
- Previous logistics, property or estate agency experience (desirable )
- Previous Domestic, European and International knowledge of the Removals industry (desirable)
- Full UK driving license (essential)
