Anderson Knight is recruiting an experienced EA for a company based in the heart of Lanarkshire.

The role is to deliver high–level executive support by efficiently prioritising tasks, managing schedules, organising meetings and communications, producing documents, and handling general administrative duties.

The job role is office based; Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 17:30pm.

Salary: Between GBP35,000–GBP38,000.

Main duties and responsibilities are:

• Serve as the primary contact for the CEO, ensuring the smooth operation of their office during their absence.

• Ensure effective and efficient administration, planning, and coordination of all work streams.

• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance with policies and procedures.

• Manage diaries by scheduling, prioritising, and organising appointments and meeting documents.

• Coordinate travel arrangements for all C–Suite directors.

• Handle correspondence, tracking incoming and outgoing communications, and ensuring timely responses.

• Review and prioritize incoming correspondence, preparing draft responses as needed. Ensure CEO s direct reports meet deadlines for reports, reviews, and budgets.

• Develop and maintain systems and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.

• Maintain effective communication and relationships with key partners, stakeholders, senior management, and both internal and external contacts.

• Attend meetings, take notes, draft minutes, and follow up on action items as required.

• Provide support to other directors upon request.

• Organise and manage external and internal events as needed.

• Oversee general housekeeping of the C–Suite offices.

Key attributes and skills:

• Experience providing PA services at the Executive Director/Director level.

• Skilled in managing complex diaries and correspondence for Directors.

• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with senior officials.

• Proficient in office management.

• Capable of meeting tight deadlines.

• Drivers Licence is essential for this role, you will have access to a company pull car.
