Key Responsibilities:
- Private Equity: Advising on private equity transactions, including structuring and executing investments, buyouts, and exits.
- Management Advisory: Providing comprehensive legal advice to management teams on a range of corporate matters.
- Public and Private M&A: Handling mergers and acquisitions, both public and private, from initial instruction through to completion.
- Joint Ventures: Structuring and negotiating joint venture agreements, ensuring alignment with clients' strategic objectives.
- Equity Incentives and Corporate Finance: Advising on the design and implementation of equity incentive schemes and other corporate finance matters.
Candidate Profile:
- Newly Qualified Solicitor (September 2024 NQ ideally) with strong academic background.
- Previous experience in corporate law gained during training.
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Outstanding communication skills and a client-centric approach.
