Construction Project Manager

Construction Project manager required for a permanent role based in London

• Being able to manage retail client projects: planning the entry into work of each subcontractor, monitoring of the work with the site manager, planning control, compliance with ORP regulations, site visits, incident management, which can be day or night time.

• Deal with the customer.

• Be responsible for the execution of these projects (with the team in charge of Sites Manager and construction personnel, under their supervision)

• Timely on–site support to the construction team in the absence of the Site Manager.

• Presence at Pre–start Meetings or other meetings with the client.

• Coordination with purchases and logistics of the necessary resources on site.

• Coordination of access to work with PRL.

• National availability

Other requirements:

– Languages: English and Spanish

– Experience managing construction projects on site (preferably retail)

– Availability to supervise works in the United Kingdom and Ireland

Annual salary GBP55,000
