Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Location: North West England, Cheshire, Warrington

Salary: GBP55,000 – GBP65,000 Per annum + Bonus

Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, CIMA

Job Duties:

• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decision–making
• Partner with key stakeholders to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Conduct financial risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
• Support the development and implementation of financial strategies

Required Qualifications:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification
• Proven experience in a similar finance business partnering role
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and practises
• Excellent analytical and problem–solving skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
• Prior experience in business partnering or financial analysis

Knowledge and Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and analysis
• Sound understanding of financial regulations and compliance
• Strong IT skills, including MS Excel and financial software
• Ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner
