Our client is a well–established Housing Association dedicated to providing safe and sustainable housing solutions for our communities. They are currently seeking a Cladding Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Liverpool on a rolling 3 month contract.

Role Overview:

As a Cladding Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of cladding projects within our housing portfolio in Liverpool. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of cladding projects, from planning and procurement to execution and completion. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, contributing to the safety and satisfaction of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage the entire cladding project lifecycle, from initiation to closeout.
– Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget management.
– Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
– Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure milestones are met.
– Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental standards.
– Identify and mitigate project risks.
– Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
– Provide regular project status reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Cladding Project Manager or similar role.
– Strong knowledge of cladding systems and materials.
– Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets and schedules.
– Strong communication and leadership abilities.
– Relevant construction or engineering qualifications (e.g., BSc in Construction Management).
– Knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards.
– Proficiency in project management software and tools.
