Location: West Midlands ( or commutable to West Midlands)
Work Type: Hybrid (2–3 days per week on–site)

They design and manufacture top–quality products with both the installer and end–user in mind, leveraging their extensive manufacturing experience to ensure unparalleled product quality. With a close–knit team of around 15 passionate professionals, they have recently on–boarded an amazing Marketing Manager who will support newly appointed Head of Sales and the sales team.

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales to lead and inspire current sales team. This role demands a strong leader who thrives on challenges.

We would love to see applicants from outside the EV industry who can bring fresh ideas and are adept at identifying areas for improvement to drive continuous growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic expertise and direction for the business.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team, currently composed of 3 sales managers covering the UK.
  • Monitor sales performance and report on progress.
  • Define and implement effective routes to market.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key customers, including national installers and operators.
  • Drive sales growth by setting and achieving ambitious targets.
