Role Overview: As the Project Manager, you will be at the helm of a significant student accommodation project. You'll ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your leadership will be pivotal in creating a state–of–the–art living space for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of the student accommodation project from planning to handover.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules.
• Provide clear and regular updates to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Valid CSCS card.
• SMSTS certification.
• First Aid certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem–solving abilities and attention to detail.
