Position: International Freight Business Development Manager Location: Flexible (Remote or Office–Based) Salary: Competitive salary with attractive commission structure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the international freight forwarding sector.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of freight forwarding services, meeting client expectations and delivery deadlines.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and business decisions.


  • Proven track record of success in business development within the international freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of global trade regulations, shipping processes, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and drive results.
  • Highly motivated, target–driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
