Role Overview: As the Director of Property Asset Management, you'll be a visionary leader with the ability to cultivate a dynamic team and drive operational excellence. Your role will encompass:

Strategic Leadership: Shape the direction of the Manchester office, aligning property asset management strategies with our overarching business goals.
Team Building: Assemble and mentor a high–performing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to excellence.
Portfolio Optimisation: Develop and execute strategies to enhance the value and performance of property assets, ensuring maximum returns.
Market Expertise: Leverage your in–depth knowledge of the Manchester property landscape to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential risks.
Stakeholder Engagement: Forge strong relationships establishing the organisation as a trusted player in the North West's property market.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a qualified MRICS surveyor with signifcant experience of L&T, Development and Strategic Asset Management.

Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and team–building abilities, driving performance and fostering a collaborative environment.
Strategic Vision: A forward–thinking approach to devising and executing innovative property asset management strategies.
Communication: Strong communication and negotiation skills, vital for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
