Job Title – EA to CEO
Length – Permanent
Salary – 80,000k Plus Bonus & Company Car
Location – London – 2 days in the office / Flexible.
DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to
Executive Assistant to the CEO delivers professional, task orientated and highly proficient 1:1 support. Through a deep understanding of the CEO's strategic objectives and priorities, the EA will review and evaluate a range of information from multiple sources, often at pace, applying sound judgement and drawing on their experience to assist the CEO in prioritising and delivering against these objectives.
- EA to CEO – 1:1 Support
- Proactively manage and prioritise complex calendaring, ensuring the schedule is free from clashes, prioritised and creating space for the CEO to get work done. Anticipate changes and needs; make administrative decisions and requests for information on behalf of the CEO based on understanding of business group priorities.
- Conducted research on potential clients and investors, coordinating meetings to align with CEOs diary to increase prospect revenue, organise sales meetings while coordinating sales results and KPIs
- Involved and collaborate with internal and external meetings.
- Ability to collaborate with senior investors.
- Responsible for managing diaries; corresponding with clients and other key stakeholders; organising meetings (virtual and in person) and events; booking travel, hotels and couriers; and overseeing and processing team expenses and invoices.
- Management of all travel, including applying for and updating VISA's & ESTA's, booking chauffeurs, taxis, hire cars, flights & hotels as well preparing full itineraries alongside dinner reservations and client entertainment.
- Main gatekeeper to CEO and full inbox management.
- Responsibility for and managing the CEO budget, including forecasting and setting the annual budget.
- Managing internal meeting room diaries by booking rooms and providing assistance in setting meeting rooms up.
- Being point of contact for any additional adhoc duties that are needed in the business.
Private PA Work:
- Replying to social invitations
- Managing personal records and filing
- Running errands as required
- Maintaining private vehicles and parking permits
- Organising private days away
PROFILE
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Experience of working as an EA, at C–suite Level
- Degree educated or equivalent
- Professional and approachable, with a flexible 'can always do' attitude
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Proactive, enthusiastic with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and multi–task
- Experienced with Microsoft Outlook and Teams with strong Word/PowerPoint and other IT skills
- Highly organised and able to multitask and prioritise.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with a positive e–mail tone and manner
- Deadline–driven with an ability to work in a high–pressured environment
