Position Overview:As the Digital Strategy Director, you will lead digital initiatives and shape the online presence of clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, social media, and online communications, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital strategies
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Development:
- Lead the development of comprehensive digital strategies aligned with client goals and overall PR campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for digital innovation and stay abreast of industry trends to ensure cutting–edge strategies.
- Online Reputation Management:
- Oversee online reputation management efforts to maintain and enhance the positive image of clients in the digital space.
- Respond strategically to potential reputational challenges and crises.
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with client objectives.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with audiences, and analyze performance metrics.
- Content Strategy:
- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and shareable content across various digital platforms.
- Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
- Digital Advertising:
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, including paid media and display advertising, to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for optimal performance.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the success of digital campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights to clients, demonstrating the impact of digital strategies on overall PR objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 4 years experience in digital marketing or a related role, with a focus on PR or communications.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital strategies.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast–paced and creative environment.
