1st Step Solutions are supporting a leading M&E Contractor who looking for a CSA Project Manager for a newly secured project in West Drayton.

This is an ideal role for a CSA Project Manager with a strong background in construction management with extensive experience in either Pharmaceutical or Data Centre who would like to work as part of a global project delivery function.

Responsibilities:
– Manage all Civil, Structural and Architectural packages on site.
– Provide detailed review of the CSA construction drawings, specifications, existing site, and environmental reports and provide recommendations as needed.
– Familiarity with and management of Project Schedule in conjunction with other trades and Package Leads.
– Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co–ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings where required.
– Close out of all project items including O & M Manuals, Punch List, Safety File, QA File.

Key Requirements:
– Experience in large scale construction in the Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Biotech or Life Sciences sector.
– Strong Knowledge in Lean Construction principles, methods, tools, Construction sequencing and pull planning, Construction planning/scheduling.
– Minimum of 5 years' experience associated with Project Management or Construction Management.
– Experienced managing multiple stakeholders and work stream managers.
– Strong communication and leadership skills are required.
– A relevant trade qualification.
– SMSTS Certificate.
