Role: Project Manager SC cleared

Location: Plymouth or Clyde (2 days/week on site)

IR35: Inside

Rate: GBP520/day (Umbrella) MAX

Duration: 12 Months

Top Essential Criteria:

• 5+ years post Uni experience in construction/infrastructure domain, as a consultant, client, or contractor.
• Experienced in all stages of the project life cycle.
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills working client side

Minimum Requirement:

• Active SC Clearance
• 5+ years post Uni experience in construction/infrastructure domain, as a consultant, client, or contractor.
• Experienced in all stages of the project life cycle.
• working client side able to deliver CDM duties.
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills
• Not complex project in building, but complexity lies in the licensing (explosives license), cost, time, and managing stakeholders.
• Good communicator
• Collaborative partner
• Project Manager with construction experience
• Degree in construction/Engineering
• Prince 2/APM desirable
• MRIC/MICE Desirable
• Ability to lead/manage a construction project from concept.
• Software knowledge MS Office 365/Outlook
• Must be able to travel between sites as needed
• Experience within public sector/other government depts beneficial not essential

Summary of the Role

• Client Project Manage the delivery of 4 new projects which are in the early RIBA Stages and located in the SW of England, North of England and Scotland.
• Lead the team.
• Manage Stakeholders.
• Control the performance, time and cost envelop and report monthly on progress.
• Work collaboratively with industry partners. Lead safety and have a strong commitment to visible safety leadership.

Essential:

• Project Manager with construction experience Degree in construction/Engineering
• Ability to lead/manage a construction project from concept Experience within public sector/other government depts beneficial
