Position: Head of Health & Safety
Location: London with Travel to Northampton
Start Date: Just After Christmas

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and champion the Health & Safety function on multiple flagship civil engineering projects.
• Develop and implement robust Health & Safety strategies and policies.
• Drive a culture of safety, fostering an environment where safety is paramount.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
• Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and promote continuous improvement.
• Oversee and report on Health & Safety performance, identifying opportunities for enhancement.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in a senior Health & Safety role within the construction or civil engineering industry.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Deep knowledge of UK Health & Safety regulations and standards.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• A proactive and results–driven attitude.
• The ability to travel between London and Northampton.
