Learning and Development Director EMEA
Your new companyWorking for an international law firm with a total headcount of 3,500. Your new roleThis role will be leading a team of 5 learning and development specialists that look after the delivery and strategy of EMEA across fee earners and business support staff. You will be a trust advisor to the partners, developing their staff strategy and how to develop the skillset to drive the business strategy forward. You'll be designing key strategies such as junior lawyer development, business development skills and reassessing the L&D supply chain. Executive coaching will be a big part of this role, where you'll have key exposure to how the business is lead. What you'll need to succeedYou must have recent experience of working in a Law Firm, ideally with experience of partner stakeholder management. Experience of working in a global matrix organisation is key, as you'll be reporting into the Global head of L&D based in the US, and will understand the challenges and complexities of international learning and development plans.
