Finance Director

You re an established Finance Director/Controller. You ve operated at Executive level, leading and developing the finance team, whilst providing insights and professional observations that protect and drive the business forward. You ve worked within the 3rd sector, proven yourself to be an expert in your field, provided commercial decision–making inputs, worked with stakeholders on multiple levels and had experience with external funding providers but it s still not enough. If you can: Be operationally involved in the business whilst providing strategic level finance support to the Executive team. Be an expert in the technical elements of the role and comfortable with commercial decision–making. Work as part of a senior team, bringing the finance detail whilst contributing to business and strategy decisions Leverage your relationships with outside funding institutions to support the organisational growth ambitions And be: An accomplished leader, leading, developing and motivating the finance team to deliver accurate and timely financial data and protect the interests of the organisation. Experienced in all elements of delivering the technical components of the finance function. Honest, open and transparent in your dealings with all stakeholders. A superlative communicator with the ability to persuade others and convey complex financial information.
