Part-Time Finance Manager - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract - 3 days/week
Your new company
Your new company is a PE Backed business that operates within the education sector. They are a very commercial business with exciting growth plans that their HR and Internal Recruitment function play an integral part in fulfilling.
Your new role
You will be the Finance Manager partnering with their recruitment function. Given the number of employees that is growing globally this team is a very important commercial part of the business. You will have full ownership of the financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting and providing KPI reporting to the team. This includes weekly sales updates, commission calculations and tracking of profitability.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant who has experience business partnering with a global sales or operations function. You will have experience in both financial reporting (IFRS) as well as strong business partnering and budgeting and forecasting. So requires somebody who can hit the ground running and build relationships quickly. You will need to have experience with business partnering with senior management in a global business.
What you'll get in return
This is an excellent part-time opportunity within a global business. You will be working 3 days/week (1-2 days in their Central London office) and on a salary of £75,000 pro rata (c. £45,000 for 3 days). Plus you will be eligible for all of the companies benefits. 12 month FTC.
