Financial Controller required for SME Management Consultancy
Your new company
Your new company is an owner managed management consultancy who are looking to take the next step of their growth trajectory. They are a great business with an established client base and place in the market.
Your new role
You will be working with the CFO to manage the day to day financial and accounting requirements. You will be looking to professionalise the finance function and provide insight and advise on strategic growth plans. This is a newly created role to help free up the CFO's time. You will be working with a really positive team who want to learn and grow so will be looking for you as the finance expert on how to do so.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an established Financial Controller who has experience working in similar consulting or professional service firms. You will be a true expert and not afraid to look at things critically but also be a big thinker who can think outside the box to provide solutions.
What you'll get in return
You will be working with a great team of people who are all really passionate about what they do and are invested in the business vision. You will be working on an initial 6 month contract role but could get extended beyond that for the right candidate. You will be on a daily rate of £500/day or FTC salary of £90,000.
