Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager for Groundwork and Civils Infrastructure

Type of Employment: Permanent/Contract Basis

Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team for Groundwork and Civils Infrastructure on a permanent/contract basis. The project includes all elements of architectural finishes on 6 live construction sites, with work involving design and build on some elements of the project. All works are under an NEC 3 option A contract. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the overall works sites from a Health & Safety, Quality, Environmental, programme, and commercial aspects of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the primary client interface for the project.
• Manage HSEQ, including the development and implementation of safety policies.
• Monitor, drive, and report on project performance, including action planning/management.
• NEC contract experience to oversee the contract and liaise with the relevant parties
• Strong commercial management experience, to manage budgets, contracts, and other financial aspects of the project.
• Overall control of labour, plant and materials Management of an established site team 15year + experience on hard landscaping & ground works Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Use of Microsoft packaged word, excel, etc.
• Ability to use planning software, ideally P6.

Requirements: The ideal candidate must have the following requirements:

• Proven client–facing experience in a similar role.
• Strong HSEQ management experience.
• NEC contract experience.
• Strong commercial management experience.
• Overall control of labour, plant and materials Management of an established site team 15year + experience on hard landscaping & ground works Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to use planning software, ideally P6.
