Project Manager Construction

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Blackheath. The role involves working on a variety of projects within the housing, regeneration, education, commercial, care, and health sectors.

As part of our cost consultancy, project management, and employer's agent group, you will work alongside internal and external partners, executing project work and assisting in training and mentoring colleagues.

Responsibilities include:

• Liaising with clients, including presenting schemes, project programming, and other matters affecting service delivery.
• Acting as Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent across various building types and utilizing all standard construction forms.
• Appointing Professional Teams and managing their performance.
• Visiting sites, conducting inspections, and issuing inspection reports.
• Preparing and presenting initial appraisal and feasibility reports.
• Preparing and presenting outline design proposals, including budget estimate costs.
• Preparing full working drawings.
• Contract administration.
• Tenders.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A BSc (Hons) degree or similar in Quantity Surveying/ Project Management with relevant work experience.
• Associate membership of RICS or an equivalent recognized qualification.
