A fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Head of HR in a forward–thinking pharmaceutical company which manufactures and distributes pharmaceutical and healthcare products to the UK market.

Role: Head of HR

Location: West London

Salary: c 80–90k + Bonus & Bens

The Head of HR role has responsibility for the development and delivery of the people agenda at both a strategic and operational level across the business, whilst championing continuous improvement and development.

The Head of HR will lead a small team to deliver excellent service to managers and employees across the business, ensuring the effective management and development of all HR processes across the full employee lifecycle and driving and supporting priorities and workflow to ensure the company meets its business objectives. In addition, the Head of HR will partner with the Senior Leadership Team to provide commercially focused solutions and strategies and lead or participate in key strategic projects, driving through from start to finish.

The requisite experience and skills include:

• Prior experience in a leading HR role, preferably in a multisite environment, working with a diverse workforce
• Degree and/or CIPD or equivalent professional body qualification or relevant work experience
• Proven knowledge and application of UK employment law, HR processes and best practice
• A strategic thinker with a hands–on approach and solutions focused
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self–reliant, energetic and resilient
• Exceptional organisational skills with ability to work in an agile manner
• Proactive approach, with demonstrable initiative and sound judgement
