Job Role: Head of Operations

Location: Normanton

Shift: Days Only

Salary: 60 – 70,000 (Bonus & Company Car)

This is a National Role covering all their service centres and wider network. You will be integral in the future growth plans of the company as they move into the next steps of expansion.

Metalis are wanting to speak with experienced Operations Managers who have managed multi–million–pound budgets covering purchasing, sales, logistics, H&S and compliance.

Duties:

• Development of innovative growth plans. Inclusive of Safety, Financials and Productivity.
• Ensure team satisfaction and moral is high across all levels of the business.
• Taking an active lead in the promotion of a sae & legal working environment.
• Building long lasting committed relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
• Leading major CAPEX projects to push through productivity and cost saving.
• Managing supplier and customer relationships. Ensuring their commitment to service is always followed.

Job Requirements:

• 5Years minimum in a similar role providing Operation Management.
• Experience leading cross–functional teams.
• Able to deliver clear and concise communication.
• Able to build and deliver company projects to internal/external stakeholders.
• Act with pace and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of COSHH & Material Handling.
