Senior Legal Counsel Interim Role

This role is a Legal Counsel position within an established global Tech/IT organisation operating within the Air Transport industry. The role is for a minimum 3 month contract following a team member leaving and will be extended till a relevant replacement can be found.

Our client is a global player in the IT/Tech Air Transport space.

Description

• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide range of legal/Commercial contracts.

• Responsible for complex request for proposals (RFPs) and tender responses

• Negotiating European–wide contracts direct with external clients

• Selling in large contracts to established airports.

• Data privacy responsibilities.

Profile

• Proven Commercial legal professional with extended in–house experience

• IT/Tech experience a plus but not essential

• Dedicated individual able to join and effectively contribute to an established team at a senior level

• Previous European exposure desired but not essential
