Responsibilities include:
- Handling a full case load of Sale and purchase of commercial property matters
- Assisting on the Sale of Business Assets
- Landlord and Tenant Transactions – Leases, Renewals, Sublet, and Alter applications.
- Pension Scheme Transactions
- Land Registry Applications including assisting on adverse possession.
- Secured Lending and advising on Mortgages and Re–mortgages
- Dealing with Section 25 Notices
- Acting on behalf of Management Companies
Person Specification:
- You will be a Practising, qualified lawyer with a minimum of 3–years PQE.
- You could be a CILEx, Solicitor or an highly experienced Paralegal
- Prior experience within Property Law and Commercial Property Matters is essential.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong understanding of Property Laws and their required regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail, ability to prioritise along with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
