Head of DCM - Leading National Law Firm

I am working with a client to hire a head of DCM for them.

They are a leading National Law Firm who are looking to grow a DCM practice.

They have an excellent PE, M&A and ECM team and to complement this and further grow the business they want to grow a DCM practice. They are looking to hire a technical Partner or even Senior Associate or Counsel who has experience advising on various debt capital market transactions, including standalone bond offerings, MTN programme, Corporate Hybrids, liability management, Sovereign Issuances and Restructurings and ESG and sustainability–linked bonds. Key clients they work with include banks and financial institutions, as well as other corporate entities.

This is a great opportunity for a junior Partner, Senior Associate or Counsel as at this stage of the DCM practice there is no requirement to have a book as such as the firm is generating enough work. Equally they are open to hiring Senior Partners. What is important is for you to have the trust of clients and technical knowledge to do a range of complex DCM work.
