I am Partnering with a client to hire an ECM Partner who will work in the Corporate team.

My client is an International law firm and this is a key strategic hire for them as they are looking to add another ECM Partner to further grow the practice and leverage off the excellent PE, M&A and Finance teams. They are particularly strong in TMT, life sciences and private wealth and advise on a range of mid–market and upper market deals.

This is a great opportunity for a Partner who wants to leverage off a law firms excelelnt platform to further grow the ECM business which is a key part of the strategy of the group.

The culture is very supportive and collegiately. The hours for the associates are low and there is a big emphasis in ensuring the firm keeps a good culture and values associates (as much as you can) interests outside of work and this makes it a nice environment to work in.
