The Role
Major Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Director on behalf of our clients based in Leicester City Centre.
The overview of the role is to drive new business for the client, looking at digital marketing, IT and Data Apprenticeships. Duties are as follows:
- Initially creating new business using a variety of methods (Telephone, LinkedIn, Networking Events)
- Creating and managing a sales team in the future
- Creating relationships with SMEs as well as bigger businesses
- Selling Apprenticeship services
- Meeting weekly and monthly KPIs
- Plan and execute sales campaigns
This role is a permanent position
The Hours
Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm out of their Leicester office
Your Profile
In order to be considered for the position of Sales Director you will need to have a minimum of 2 years Business Development experience in Apprenticeships, specifically in Digital Marketing, IT and/or Data Apprenticeships who is has a genuine interest in sales and wanting to assist in the growth of a well–established company.
The Salary
60,000– 75,000 Depending on experience
Major Recruitment act as an Employment Agency for permanent roles and an Employment Business for temporary opportunities
