Property Lawyer- Conveyancer

Service Care Solutions are currently working within a Local Authority based in the Merseyside area, the position available is a locum Property Lawyer/Conveyancer who is required to assist with the Council's Fields in the Trust project. The Council has earmarked numerous green spaces within the City to dedicate to Fields in Trust to ensure that the City's parks and greens spaces are protected.

ROLE: Property Lawyer/ Conveyancer
SALARY: 40– 55ph
BASED: Merseyside
OFFICE: Hybrid Working or Fully Remote

The Role–

The ideal candidate:

• Experience of building strong client relationships.
• The role will involve investigating title.
• Advising officers on title and dealing with title enquiries.
• Amending and completing a pre–drafted Deed of Dedication as appropriate for each site.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, Council and work colleagues.

The Person–

• A Qualified Solicitor, someone with a minimum of 2–3+ years PQE or a Licensed Conveyancer
• Must have a current practising certificate and experienced in Property law, a big benefit would also be experience within a council.
• You will have a great work ethic, be a team player, and have good decision–making skills.
