Financial Controller | £60,000 - £65,000 | Wigan | Large Investment into a High Growth Business | Sustainable Business Model
Axon Moore is exclusively representing a new client in Wigan who are looking to hire a Financial Controller as they invest a significant amount of resource towards expanding and upgrading their existing operations to accommodate growth.
This business is scaling rapidly and receiving a large scale investment which is upgrading systems, expanding factory footprints and upgrading their logistics fleet.
The role is working hand-in-hand with an industry leading MD who is keen on driving innovation and new ideas in their industry, and the role will have support from a hands off Finance Director allowing the perfect mix between having autonomy and but also ensuring ongoing development and support.
The Financial Controller will be qualified, competent with core accountants and be business focused. The candidate doesn’t need to be the most technically strong but must have a passion for driving commercial value by working cross departmentally with sales, ops, marketing, logistics etc.
This is a progressive role in a business that has a longstanding team of staff, an excellent working environment and a strong track record of internal promotion.
