Project Manager (Events)

We are supporting an exciting opportunity for a Project Events Manager to join a successful Production Marketing Agency. This exciting role will join this successful global organisation, working within a close team to deliver high–end Event solutions to their clients.

This key role will manage key aspects including:–

• Working closely with the Lead Project Manager & Technical Production Teams
• Budget administration/allocation
• Working closely with the creative, account & operation teams to manage client request deliveries
• Managing Event timeline
• Liaison with third–party suppliers to gain quotes, order supplies
• Finance Administration including raising purchase orders, setting up new vendors

This key position will work to deliver multiple client global exhibitions, so global travel will be required.

Candidates will hold previous experience working within a production agency environment & delivering key projects to fixed timelines, whilst managing relationships with internal/external customers.

This opportunity works on a hybrid pattern.
