The Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for delivering a strategic, comprehensive and people–focused HR Service with a focus on change management across the organisation. The post holder will act as a strategic partner, working in collaboration with leadership on the development and embedding of business strategy and organisational change.

Description
Key responsibilities:
- Work with the team to implement evidenced–based performance monitoring measures, which focus on delivering of daily BAU and strategic priorities
- Determine the best fit operating model for Human Resources and People Services, aligned to delivering the mission and strategic objectives
- Act as an independent HR professional to work with internal teams and key stakeholders, to implement the best fit operating model, including developing job roles, responsibilities, and organisational structure
- Assess current skills, qualifications, experience, and aspirations within the team, identify any gaps and recommend upskilling/ gap closing plans
- Build on the process and systems improvement work already undertaken, ensure this work informs delivery of the operating model, to ensure measurable improved efficiency and effectiveness of HR and People Services are delivered
- Ensure career development opportunities, mitigating resourcing and retention risk, including succession plans are built into the organisational structure
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to ensure that HR programmes and initiatives are people–focused, delivered e?ectively and achieve the impact required
- Identify signi?cant and complex strategic people risk, and mitigate this through the application of expert advice and insight
Profile
- FCIPD qualified or equivalent
- Track record of delivering complex assignments relating to performance improvement and change
- Ability to influence a range of stakeholders and empower people
- Leadership and Change management experience
- Experience of building and integrating HR teams across multiple sectors e.g. Private and Public sector
- TUPE led integration experience is desirable
- Highly experienced HR Generalist/ HR Business Partner
- Experienced in e?ective business partnering at senior level
- Strong generalist, operational and strategic HR experience, in a constantly changing fast–paced environment
- Excellent communication, in?uencing and negotiation skills
- Experience in delivering, implementing, and embedding people change initiatives
- Excellent planning and organising skills
Job Offer
- Interim role – contracted for an initial 6 – 9 months with scope to be extended
- GBP400 – GBP450 day rate
- Site–based role in the Stockton office (some hybrid working will be available later in the contract – approx 1 day per week – however the preference is fully office–based)
