The role we are offering is based at our Headquarters in Glasgow, with regional offices in St Albans, Hertfordshire and Altrincham, Cheshire.

As the Head of Sales, you'll be at the forefront of our ambitious sales strategy, aiming to achieve a remarkable 50 million group turnover per year by 2030. You'll provide leadership in all matters related to Sales within the construction side of our business in Scotland and the North of England. Your knack for developing compelling sales solutions will set us apart from the competition. You'll also excel in managing, monitoring, and implementing marketing feedback, engagements, and sales campaigns. With a consultative approach, you'll drive our prospecting activities forward. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to attend and present at Meet the Buyers Exhibitions, enhancing our brand's visibility. Moreover, your positive social media presence will contribute to our overall success. Collaboration with other Heads of Department is crucial, ensuring our efforts are aligned and cohesive.
