Property Litigation Solicitor, 3+ PQE, up to c£65,000 DOE , Lincolnshire - Our highly reputable firm based in Lincolnshire have an exciting opportunity available for an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor.
JOB TITLE: Property Litigation Solicitor EXPERIENCE: 3+ PQE LOCATION: Lincolnshire SALARY: up to c£65,000 DOE
THE ROLE: Looking for a change? An exciting new opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor has become available, you will have gained previous experience working in a similar setting. It is anticipated that the appointed Property Litigation Solicitor will be working with some of the most knowledgeable litigators in the market and advising on matters across a range of sectors, including agricultural property. This role offers an excellent opportunity for the postholder to get their hands on complex and interesting work as part of this firm's technical and complex litigation team's offering. This opportunity is ideal for an existing Property Litigator looking to join a reputable firm and independently run multi-track cases and injunctions as part of their busy caseload.
THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcome from experienced Property Litigation Solicitors who will have gained a minimum of 1 years' experience dealing will all types of Property Litigation. The successful Legal Professional will show a willingness to continue to expand their knowledge with a keen focus on delivering excellent service to clients. As an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor, you will have excellent written & verbal communication skills. The ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise your workload where needed will be the key to being successful in this role.
