An exciting new vacancy for a Senior Property Litigation Solicitor to join one of the UK's fastest growing law firms.
My client is a leading and Chambers rated, top 100 firm with an increasingly national reputation.. They are currently looking for a senior property litigation solicitor with at least 6 years' experience to join their well-established team in either Bristol or Exeter.
The successful candidate will be dealing with private and corporate clients and retailers, landowner developers, and property developers and investors on a wide range of complex claims including issues relating to disrepair, development land (including telecoms related), property contracts as well as commercial landlord and tenant matters such as dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture, and breach of lease covenants.
