The Opportunity;We are delighted to be partnering with Redmayne Bentley on an exciting Senior HR Advisor interim role. In this hybrid role, the Senior HR Advisor will be based in the Leeds Headquarters supporting the HR Manager and leading a small team. The successful candidate will embrace the vision and values of this family orientated business and will involve working collaboratively, supporting a variety of projects and responding to all operational issues relating the employee life–cycle.
  • Be the day–to–day lead for all ER matters, consistently providing the highest quality advice
  • Lead the HR team and being direct line and coordinating recruitment and HR Administration
  • Manage of the end–to–end processes of the full employee lifecycle
  • Manage and updating policies, procedures and contractual documentation in line with changes in legislation
  • Work directly with the HR Manager on career development projects, developing HR workshops and other strategic initiatives
  • Support the HR Manager with ongoing development of the HR Team and wider management team through presentations, workshops, coaching etc
  • Support health and wellbeing activities
The Person;To be considered for this role, you will
  • Demonstrate a strong HR generalist background with significant experience of managing the whole employee lifecycle from talent attraction and onboarding strategies through to reward, recognition and leadership development.
  • Have the ability to collaborate with other team managers and members to effectively embed business initiatives.
  • Be incredibly organised with a fine attention to detail
  • Deputise for the HR Manager
  • Be CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
  • Have Managerial / Leadership experience
