Interim Management AccountantGBP300 – GBP320 per dayAila is partnered with a leading property business in London on the recruitment of an ACCA/CIMA Qualified Management Accountant on an initial 4–month interim basis.Our client has a profitable and unique property portfolio and have experienced a strong recovery from the pandemic, with a supportive and friendly team and a senior management accountant role that will initially be for 4 months, covering the end of Maternity leave.The Management Accountant will sit within a team of 4 other Management Accountants, who are each responsible for a regional portfolio of operational property assets. You will assist the Head of Management Accounts in streamlining and improving delivery of internal reporting and operational business partnering and leading the month end reporting process in a short period of time.Not only are they a fast–paced, creative and stable business to work for, they are continuously developing their offering and they have a management team with a long track record in the acquisition, development and management of property in the UK.We are looking for an ACCA/CIMA Qualified Management Accountant that is autonomous, motivated and hands–on that is comfortable supporting the Head of Finance in a short–term role where they can constantly be challenged.Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the month end timetable is understood by the management accounts team and the wider finance team
• Implement standardised and consistent ways of working to produce the management accounts to ensure continuity and stability amongst the team
• Responsible for raising any concerns or delays around deadlines being met which will delay the production of the Management Accounts and operational P&L
• Assist the Head of Management Accounts with the monthly operational P&L consolidation reporting
• Reviewing and understanding operational costs, interrogate and raise queries with internal departments as needed.
