Senior Private Client Solicitor/Partner level

Top legal 500 law firm located close to Trafalgar Square in Central London are currently recruiting within their Private Client department, someone at Partner level.

Ranked in the Legal 500, they pride themselves in their open and collegiate culture, the quality of their client base and the excellent service that they provide to those clients.

Experience to include:

• A qualified Solicitor of England & Wales
• Minimum of 8–10 years PQE
• Dealing with vulnerable persons
• Court of protection matters
• Deputyship orders
• Succession and estate planning
• Probate
• Cross–border estate planning and cross–border probate and tax and all elements of trusts and estates work
• Being able to speak a foreign language would be an advantage to assist with the cross–border issues that arise.

Joining a team that consists of a partner, 3 solicitors, a trainee solicitor and supported by paralegals and can be offered on either a hybrid or office based basis.
