My client is one of the world's largest assurance, tax and consulting provider with teams all over the world. They are going through an exciting period of growth which is bringing of the most exceptional candidates. Hybrid Working Model –THE ROLEThis particular role would be supporting a team key for my client's overall growth. You would be a vital resource in helping to develop their global managed services delivery approach. You would be the first and integral member of the new global project management office.This will be a challenging but incredibly rewarding role as you will be able to implement new processes and changes to improve the service. You would be bringing together teams from member firms based in more than 120 countries worldwide.
- Create a global managed services knowledge base that can be used by the newly established, growing team.
- Research the various technologies and systems being used across the system.
- Work with the Chief Information Security Officer to identify the best approach to technology in the long term to deliver on their objectives.
- Un–pack difference service areas, see what's going well and what could be improved. Then discussing how you could template the best approaches across the business.
- Work alongside the global business development and marketing team as well as experts around the network.
- Create client case examples and develop service USP's promotional web content, FAQs etc
- Research the market and see how competitors are tackling the same challenge.
- Assist in ad–hoc projects as needed related to the development of global managed services.
- You have experience working with and managing outsourced and managed services – ideally within a financial services setting.
- You have an understanding of how performance is measured within a professional services firm.
- You have a track record of excellent project management skills, ideally in projects that involve transformation programmes.
- You have excellent organisational skills, able to break down complex queries and problem solve.
- You can work with and communicate with colleagues and stakeholders of varying seniority from different backgrounds.
- Great technical skills, able to pick up new IT skills quickly with an understanding of big data concepts (including storage, pipelines and utilisation of data).
- Starting salary between GBP50–60k
