Our client based in Wellingborough are looking for an up–and–coming Business Development Manager to join their expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Sales Team in a role dedicated to driving new business opportunities. The successful candidate will need to be driven and eager to succeed. This role is seen as a stepping–stone to a more senior position within the business in the future.
Qualifications & Experience
– Experience in a sales or customer facing role is essential
– Experience in cross selling/upselling required
– Problem–solving skills
– Proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and experience of LinkedIn is essential
Personal Attributes
– Team player with ability to communicate and interact at multiple levels
– Driven and resilient
– Highly organised, results focussed with a pro–active approach to problem solving andattention to detail
– Collaborative worker
– Technically literate and confident with business technology, competent user of MS office suite
– Must have experience with owning personal development and focusing on developing your own skills
