Project Manager – Defence

Duration: 10 Months

Rate: (Apply online only) inside IR35

Location: Must be available to work in Corsham 2–3 days per week.

We have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join a large Defence programme migrating their service management capability in–house.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the onboarding of systems in to the service management capability.
• Supporting and shaping project delivery through suitable planning, monitoring, controlling and performance reporting.
• Identifying risk and remedial actions.
• Working with the current outsourced supplier and managing key stakeholders.
• Ensuring client business needs are met.
• Leading and championing the application of suitable programme and project delivery strategies
• Establishing effective processes and systems to be used throughout a project

The successful candidate will:

• Hold or be eligible for security clearance (SC)
• Have strong knowledge of the defence industry
• Be an expert in P3M practices
• Have knowledge of Service Management and associated service tools.
• Track record of successfully delivering complex change programmes.
