McKenzie Douglas are recruiting for an impressive organisation that has a leading presence in the market. They are expanding their services through various acquisitions and diversified investments in the UK.
This role would suit Lawyers who have experience in handling projects (PFI) and non-contentious construction and/or company commercial matters.
Accountabilities
You will work in a friendly team and report directly to the Head of Legal. You will receive a great deal of autonomy when handling an array of complex and challenging commercial projects in land development, district heating and placemaking across the UK.

Requirements
- Eligible to work in the UK
- 3-5 years PQE*
- Must have PFI related experience
- Experience in one of the following industries: Construction, Engineering, Projects
- Proficient in handling standard suite construction contracts (JCT & NEC)
- Any exposure to Public Procurement would be advantageous
