Job Title: FP&A Analyst Reporting to: Head of FP&A Location: UK-Birmingham/ Hybrid

Part of the Group Finance Team, this role reports directly to the head of FP&A and has responsibility for supporting both the business and other finance teams. This entails the delivery of timely & accurate month end reporting, business intelligence and insightful actionable analytics. The information provided ultimately helps to shape the future of the business, driving commercial performance & delivery of the financial plan. This position is critical in supporting the Group FP&A Cycle.

Please note this role requires travel to our Birmingham office 3 days a week.

What You Will Do

- Partnering Senior Management & Supporting the delivery of the group FP&A cycle. Month-end, Forecasting, Budget, Long-range-plan - Support in business transformation & process improvement - Enhance internal reporting and KPIs to provide valuable insight to external stakeholders and senior management - Reconcile financial data between different systems and sources - Identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and measure business initiatives - Designing & implementing data analysis and reporting tools to support decision making - Manage the external reporting processes & timeline - Collaborate with financial teams to deliver best in class reporting and forecasting processes

What You Will Have

- Recognised accounting qualification, e.g., ACA, CIMA or ACCA, with thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures - Experience implementing and improving business & finance processes - Strong analytical skill with a logical approach to problem solving - Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills - Solid background in accounting, financial planning, budgeting and financial modelling - Excel expertise - Strong people management skills - Exposure to Business intelligence tools - Experience of working within complex matrix or multi-site corporate environments - Detail oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and competing priorities in a fast paced environment - Proactive, insightful, and commercially astute - Solid working knowledge of finance systems
