A medium sized but rapidly growing contractor is urgently looking for a Project Manager in Preston.
The project is circa 10 million student dwelling featuring a new build segment, and a grade 2 listed area.
Ideally the suitable candidate will come from a tier 1 or 2 contractor background, who has excellent IT and client facing skills, with a degree background or equivalent
This project doesn't call for re–inventing the wheel, just following and implementing the established processes and procedures
Demonstrable experience of successfully delivering projects over around 10million at Project Manager level for Main Contractors
Experience of Project Planning
Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills
Strong Commercial awareness
Excellent working knowledge of construction techniques, methodologies and processes
